I first met Sylvain in 2010, when a friend recommended him as a private yoga teacher. I remember very well that he asked me what kind of results I hoped to achieve by working with him. My answer was simple: I wanted to reconnect with myself.

Basically, at that time, I felt like a zombie at work, disconnected from life, devoid of joy and functioning more like a machine than a human being.
While working with Sylvain, I experienced progressive changes, month after month, year after year. I became more aware of my thoughts, my body and the deep connection between the two.

His coaching was gentle and non-directive; rather than telling me what to do, he helped me become aware of my options and behaviors, encouraging self-observation. What struck me most was that everything Sylvain shared and taught was something he actually experienced himself.
Today I am a loving husband and father and I truly enjoy life. For that, I am deeply grateful.
